You may cancel your ImpactAlpha account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. If you find something in one of our newsletters particularly useful for you and your colleagues, by all means share! If you make a habit of routinely forwarding them to all your colleagues every day, consider buying additional subscriptions. If you find that you need more than ten subscriptions, shoot us an email at [email protected], and we can talk about bulk discounts.

To update the email address on your account, first login to your account at impactalpha.com using the current email address and password. Once logged in, go to “manage my account” tab. Click on the profile tab on the far right task bar; from there you’ll see the field to update your email address.

To add a new card on file, please access the “manage my account” tab. Under the “cards” option you can add/remove a card by clicking on “add payment option”. If you are removing the default payment on file, you’ll first need to add a new form of payment before this action can take place.

Billing & Payments

You may cancel your ImpactAlpha account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, you will retain access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle. You can review our cancellation and refund policy here.

We hate to see you go, but if you must, you have complete control over your account settings. Please login to impactalpha.com, and access the “manage my account” portion of your account. From there, under the “library” section, you can manage your subscriptions and turn off automatic renewal. Please be advised that you may cancel your subscription at any time, however, once a renewal has taken place refunds, whether full or partial, are not available and the account will remain active through the duration of the subscription. Unsubscribing from our emails does not equal a subscription cancellation.
