Job Description:

The Arctaris family of funds (“Arctaris”) is seeking a full-time Investor Relations (IR) Analyst, reporting to the Sr. Associate of Investor Relations. This is a hybrid IR/Sales role and the candidate will primarily be responsible for working with the firm’s new and existing institutional and high-net-worth investors, while also supporting the firm’s fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, assist in the development and maintenance of fund marketing and reporting materials, help manage the firm’s CRM database, and focus on onboarding new clients and managing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is committed to achieving success and can work independently with a hands-on approach, but also thrives as part of an experienced, lean team. The role is ideal for someone who can wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Arctaris is a Boston-based impact investment firm placing private equity and debt into operating companies, real estate, and infrastructure projects throughout the United States, with emphasis on Opportunity Zones and targeted underserved inner cities and rural areas. Arctaris continues to achieve meaningful growth after more than doubling its committed capital base in the last two years, recently surpassing $350 million in assets under management. Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· 2-4 years of experience in Investor Relations or financial services customer support/sales

· Knowledge of private equity, real estate and other investment strategies preferred

· Demonstrated passion for impact investing

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extreme attention to detail

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment

· Proven ability to think critically, be resourceful, and work independently with limited oversight

· Team-first mindset with willingness to collaborate and assist with projects across functions

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

 

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound investor relations requests and follow-ups (35%)

· Assist with investor relations workflow, including requests from existing investors

· Manage phone interactions with current investors and fund administrator

· Liaise with holders of key information/data and decisionmakers (MDs, accounting, legal, etc.) while filtering and extracting relevant information

· Timely follow-up with investors to satisfy their requests

· Help manage relationship with third-party Fund Administrator

· Handle varied tasks related to the above responsibilities – update investor summary logs, etc.

 

Help manage due diligence requests from investor platforms (RIAs, bank wealth platforms, etc.) that have approved the firm’s investment offerings (20%)

· Respond to ad hoc requests and create related materials, leveraging internal resources

· Manage the internal approval process and throughput of ad hoc materials with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, accounting, etc.)

· Convert some of these ad hoc materials into more general collateral that can be used with a broader audience of potential investors in data rooms

 

Support new sales (35%)

· Help create materials for data rooms used in due diligence by potential investors on an ongoing basis (presentations, DDQs, etc.), particularly surrounding new fund launches

· Manage the internal approval process and throughput of data room materials with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, accounting, etc.)

· Manage CRM system and the preparation and follow-ups around weekly sales meetings

· Conduct market research, searching for investors and investor segments for potential prospecting by senior sales team

· Help plan and manage road shows by senior sales professionals

· Help identify events and conferences for attendance by senior sales team, manage relationships with related parties

· Manage email campaigns for proactive outreach to investors in coordination with senior sales professionals

· Help senior sales professionals expand into the platforms that have approved the firm’s investment offerings

· Help manage relationships with third-party placement agents

 

Manage marketing / communications strategy (10%)

· Post firm news and events to LinkedIn

· Help manage public relations efforts

· Help manage the firm’s website

· Serve as plus one in sales meetings, including note taking, follow up tracking and record keeping. Assist in sales reporting and opportunity tracking

 

Compensation, Location, Benefits:

· Compensation based on skills and experience

· The company’s primary office is located in Wellesley, MA and this individual would be expected to be in the office 3 days per week
