About this Role

The Senior Data Analyst for Sustainability & Impact at Eurazeo is integral to the company’s ESG data processes, bridging the Sustainability & Impact team with the Data & AI team. This role involves structuring, digitalizing, and maintaining data for accurate regulatory filings, investment decisions, and Limited Partner (LP) communications. As part of the team, you’ll engage in high-level collaboration with the Investment and Data & AI teams, focusing on data quality and analysis. Key projects include managing a large-scale ESG data collection campaign, enhancing data traceability, and contributing to predictive modeling efforts to assess ESG and climate-related risks. The role also involves integrating AI solutions to optimize ESG data processing and analytics frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and maintain external ESG data sources while ensuring cross-portfolio comparability.
  • Manage the digitalization of the annual ESG data collection campaign across 600+ portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies to enhance data quality and ensure dataset traceability and accessibility.
  • Produce regulatory analytics and maintain dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Conduct sector benchmarking and impact scoring for due diligence and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain AI tools for analytical and client-facing tasks.
  • Monitor developments in ESG data provision and AI to enhance team workflows.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in ESG or sustainability data analysis within asset management or consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI.
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks such as SFDR, CSRD/ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.
  • Experience managing data quality across multiple entities and regions.
  • Autonomous, organized, and able to work effectively in a lean team environment.
  • Fluent in French, with professional English proficiency.
