About this Role

The Viridan Group is seeking Investment Banking Senior Analysts to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become a part of the foundational stage of a burgeoning boutique investment banking platform. The selected candidates will contribute significantly to the firm’s independent advisory practice, focusing on transactions, strategic plans, and various financial metrics in the Power, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with senior banking officers and other professionals on client transactions and projects. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, formulating sophisticated financial models, preparing presentations, and evaluating financial performance relative to market trends. This position requires a highly motivated and self-directed individual capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior banking officers and professionals, actively participating in client transactions, projects, or assignments as a vital member of the Investment Banking team
  • Analyze and formulate sophisticated financial data and models for client proposals and strategic plans
  • Prepare presentations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
  • Evaluate the company’s financial performance relative to overall industry and market trends
  • Maintain client relations throughout the deal execution period, cultivating expertise in M&A, Debt, & Equity transactions
