About this Role

As the Chief of Staff at Revalue, you will directly support the leadership team in driving the company’s strategic and commercial initiatives. This role requires a highly skilled generalist who thrives in ambiguous situations, excelling in problem-solving and transitioning fluidly between strategy and execution. In this position, you will be instrumental in structuring complex opportunities and leading strategic projects. You will support investor and commercial initiatives, act as a vital force multiplier for the leadership team, and utilize a combination of consulting-level analytical skills and startup adaptability to excel in this high-impact role. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of carbon markets, climate-related ecosystems, and the ability to create strategic action plans from ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives, turning ambiguity into action plans.
  • Lead problem-solving sessions to bring clarity and momentum to complex topics.
  • Take ownership of strategic special projects requiring analytical depth and stakeholder management.
  • Support development of commercial strategy and market positioning across carbon market activities.
  • Help shape strategic partnerships in the climate, carbon, finance, and supply ecosystem.
  • Support leadership with investor engagement and financing-related initiatives.
  • Develop financial models and strategic narratives for decision-making.
