About this Role
The Coalition for Green Capital (CGC) is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the United States’ first national green bank. This role requires a visionary leader with senior-level business and finance experience in clean energy. The CEO will drive CGC’s mission to mobilize private investment, particularly in underinvested communities, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution. Under the new CEO’s leadership, the CGC will continue to spearhead innovative clean energy solutions. The CEO will coordinate with the Board of Directors and oversee a distributed team while ensuring the implementation of strategic policies to achieve CGC’s market mobilization objectives. The candidate must engage with both public and private sectors to enhance CGC’s impact nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Coalition for Green Capital as it establishes the national green bank.
- Drive CGC’s mission to mobilize private investments in clean energy projects.
