About this Role
Save the Children International offers a pivotal opportunity for a Director, Impact Intelligence to join our esteemed global team. The role is crucial under the Impact Intelligence team, which focuses on enhancing the organization’s learning-oriented culture. This involves embedding strong data, ethical evidence, and cost-effective programming to drive impactful outcomes for children. As a leader, you will guide four main units – Insights and Learning, Research and Evaluation, Ethics and Evidence Generation, and Economic Evaluation. You will also work closely with MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning). The role demands dynamic leadership to maintain robust standards, tools, and capabilities central to decision-making for children. The Director will drive an integrated agenda for data and evidence, enhance learning systems, and prioritize insights that influence decisions in our programs and advocacy efforts. Your strategic role encompasses overseeing the impact intelligence ecosystem, ensuring coherence in MEAL frameworks, and partnering with IT and external entities to streamline data processes and improve literacy.

Requirements
