About this Role
The Fellowship Lead will manage the Africa Jobs Fund Fellowship and support venture-building efforts across the fund’s portfolio. This role involves executing the Fellowship program, placing talented individuals into operational roles within manufacturing companies, and supporting the venture-building team with research, pipeline development, founder sourcing, and more. The position is aimed at someone early in their career who is ambitious and eager to gain significant responsibility and autonomy in their work. As the Fellowship Lead, your main responsibilities will include managing the application pipeline, onboarding host companies, screening applicants, and tracking candidate progress. You will also help in preparing investment memos, conducting research, and supporting communication efforts. Responsibilities
- Manage the Fellowship, including the application pipeline and relationships with host companies.
- Support the matching process between fellows and manufacturing businesses.
- Follow up with fellows and host companies during placements.

- Assist in sourcing world-class founders.
- Help draft investment memos and cost-effectiveness analyses.
