The Nordic Development Fund (NDF), serves as the joint development finance institution to promote climate change adaptation and mitigation in low- and lower-middle-income countries. The NDF co-finances projects alongside bilateral and multilateral agencies, focusing on climate resilience, renewable energy, and poverty reduction.
