About the fund

The Value Nature Fund is a €300 million private fund co-managed by Fondaction Asset Management and Triodos Investment Management that invests in regenerative agriculture and forestry assets across North America and Europe. The fund seeks to demonstrate that mission-aligned land management delivering measurable environmental and social outcomes can generate competitive long-term financial returns for investors. Capital deployment is balanced between North America (Canada and the United States) and Europe, with investments targeting operating agricultural and forestry assets under regenerative practices at scale as well as the acquisition and restoration of degraded or conventionally managed lands. The fund employs a quantified impact measurement approach, tracking biodiversity and climate indicators to assess environmental improvements over the investment period. The fund targets institutional investors and is currently in fundraising.
