About this Role
BCIU Ventures seeks a proactive and talented Fellow to bolster its growth. This position emphasizes communication and writing as central responsibilities, involving the management and structuring of BCIU Ventures’ communications framework. The Fellow will engage in both internal and external communications management. Additionally, the role requires providing research, operations, and administrative assistance in significant domestic and international initiatives. Responsibilities
- Build and manage communications for BCIU Ventures across internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the internal communications rhythm, ensuring stakeholders are informed.
- Manage external communications, keeping all materials current and comprehensive.
- Develop the BV client journey documentation, ensuring it evolves with process iterations.
- Support the planning and execution of programs, roundtables, and business delegations.
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international events and post-event documentation.
- Support outreach to senior government and global business leaders.
- Assist with budget preparation and project milestone tracking.
- Conduct global sector, market, and stakeholder research.
- Provide research support and maintain outreach lists.
Requirements
- Interest in international relations, global affairs, private equity, or related fields.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Self-starter attitude with strong research abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho and platforms like Pitchbook.
