About the fund
RH Capital Fund II, closed in 2022, built on the success of Fund I with a significantly larger capital base — approximately $38.5 million — and a compelling widening of the firm’s women’s health investment thesis. Anchored by mission-aligned LPs and foundations such as Tara Health Foundation, Skoll Foundation, Impact Seat Foundation, Houssian Foundation, Argosy Foundation, and Casefor Her, Fund II expanded both the breadth and depth of investments in reproductive, maternal, and lifelong women’s health innovation. Like its predecessor, it focused on early-stage companies leveraging technology, therapeutics, diagnostics, and services to improve health outcomes, equity, and access. Today, Fund II remains a cornerstone of the portfolio now managed under Foreground Capital, continuing to support transformative ventures across the women’s health ecosystem.
