About the fund

Poli360 2 is an early-stage venture capital fund focused on deep technology startups operating at the intersection of industrial automation and sustainability. Classified as an Article 8 fund under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, the fund pursues investments in robotics, Industry 4.0, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, IoT, new materials, energy transition, and circular economy solutions. The fund operates in close collaboration with leading universities and research institutions to identify and support technology transfer opportunities. With a target fund size of EUR 100 million, Poli360 2 plans to deploy capital across 20 to 25 portfolio companies, with at least 80 percent of investments concentrated in Italy and the remainder across broader European markets. The fund targets institutional investors, development finance institutions, and family offices seeking exposure to early-stage deeptech innovation with measurable environmental and sustainability outcomes.
