Level Field Facilities Fund (LFFF)

The Level Field Facilities Fund (LFFF) is a nonprofit real estate impact fund created to address the facility financing challenges faced by growing public charter school operators across the United States. It provides early-stage, flexible capital — including pre-development financing, acquisition loans, construction and leasehold financing — to help high-quality charter schools secure and develop facilities when conventional lenders are often unable to participate, thereby enabling operators to expand access to quality education in underserved communities.
