Collateral Good Food Innovation Fund I invests globally—anchored in Europe’s food innovation ecosystem—in entrepreneurial teams using science and technology to build the future of food and agriculture. The fund addresses the sector’s pressing challenges, such as food-related greenhouse gas emissions, water overuse, and the need for a 70% production increase by 2050, by backing companies from late seed to Series A across functional nutrition, advanced proteins, agricultural tech, food waste reduction, bioeconomy, and sustainable retail. With a portfolio construction targeting 15–20 companies and flexible tickets of €500,000–€3 million, the fund leverages its market expertise and corporate networks to drive commercialization and systemic change for planetary health and food security.
