About the fund

The Mission Driven Bank Fund is a $200 million private debt vehicle that provides financing to minority depository institutions, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), and similar financial organizations serving underserved communities across the United States. Operating throughout North America with a focus on financial inclusion, the fund has reached its final close and is fully deployed. The fund's investment strategy centers on strengthening the capital base of community-focused financial institutions that traditionally lack access to institutional funding. By supporting these intermediaries, the fund aims to expand access to banking services, increase lending capacity, and foster economic development in marginalized and low-income communities that experience limited access to mainstream financial systems.
