JFF Ventures Economic Mobility Fund I invests in scalable technology startups addressing persistent gaps in education, workforce development, and economic advancement for low- and middle-income workers. The fund targets early-stage companies building innovations that improve access to training, job placement, and upskilling. Backed by a coalition of major employers, philanthropic foundations, and family offices and supported strategically by the national nonprofit Jobs for the Future (JFF), portfolio companies gain access to distinctive value-add opportunities and relevant networks to drive scale and impact.
