About this Role
ACP is seeking a Head of Development & Investor Relations to design and implement a forward-looking strategy for fundraising and enhancing ACP’s external profile. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving ACP’s strategic narrative and leading fundraising initiatives that significantly increase the organization’s grants and impact investments. This position demands a strategic thinker and active contributor who understands ACP’s model, structure, vision, and strategy, coupled with strong relationship-building and communication skills. The role involves working closely with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, foundations, and impact investors to cultivate and maintain relationships, providing consistent updates on ACP’s ambitions and performance. Additionally, the individual will craft influential external-facing materials and manage ACP’s communications and investor relations. This responsibility includes funder reporting, community building, events, communications, and brand development.
Responsibilities
- Architect and drive ACP’s fundraising and external presence strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with various funder organizations.

- Travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
