About this Role
The Investment Associate at Galvanize will be an integral member of the Venture and Growth team, working at the core of efforts to build leading companies shaping the future of energy and climate solutions. The role offers extensive exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from identifying industry shifts to supporting companies in scaling operations. As part of a collaborative team, Associates will contribute to theme development, investment execution, and portfolio value creation. Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and execute new and follow-on investments.
- Conduct proactive thematic research and market mapping.
- Develop relationships with founders and ecosystem partners.
- Perform market analysis and financial modeling.
- Prepare investment committee materials.
- Support portfolio company reporting and performance tracking.
- Work on strategic and operational initiatives with portfolio companies.
- Assist with fund reporting and valuation support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least two years of experience in investing, management consulting, or investment banking.
