About this Role
The Senior Solution Analyst focusing on Responsible AI will play a pivotal role within BCG X Delivery. This position involves leading interactions with various AI product teams to ensure compliance with BCG’s Responsible AI policy. The role supports the ongoing evolution and execution of the Responsible AI program at BCG. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to continually refine and improve the Responsible AI program, ensuring the responsible development of AI products.
Responsibilities
- Provide Responsible AI expert support to AI product teams.
- Conduct independent product reviews and respond to ad hoc support requests.
- Facilitate workshops and learning opportunities.
- Engage directly with client teams on Responsible AI-related issues.
- Oversee execution of Responsible AI risk monitoring processes.
- Assist with Responsible AI Committee meetings and refine procedures.
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder work across Legal, Compliance, and Security teams.
- Maintain and update Responsible AI program content and processes.
- Develop and integrate Responsible AI tools and frameworks.
- Build Responsible AI culture and awareness through training.
- Contribute to Responsible AI thought leadership, tutorials, and tool development.
- Monitor global AI regulatory frameworks and translate into program updates.
- Identify and develop partnerships in the Responsible AI domain.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Responsible AI/AI ethics.
- Extensive experience in program/project management and team leadership.
- Proficiency in communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and risk identification skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Responsible AI issues and trends.
- Working knowledge of emerging AI regulatory frameworks.
- Software development and coding abilities preferred.
