About this Role
The Boston Foundation is actively seeking a Senior Director, Impact Investments to oversee and enhance the impact investment strategies of the organization. This critical role involves collaborating with senior management and maintaining a shared vision of success in impact investing. The Senior Director will focus on developing investment decision-making processes, portfolio management, and investment reporting, mainly for the Impact First Pool. Additionally, the Senior Director will play an essential role in leading and managing the portfolio strategy aligned with the foundation’s programmatic strategy. The position requires identifying portfolio risk factors, designing investment processes, and collaborating with the internal team for successful deal transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the portfolio strategy for the Impact First Pool.
