About this Role
Are you passionate about developing socially and ethically responsible AI systems? At BCG, you will work with the Responsible AI team to develop and apply innovative tools for testing and evaluating GenAI products. Your role will involve designing and implementing testing frameworks to enhance product quality and ensure AI systems are safe, secure, and equitable. Responsibilities
- Develop tools and techniques for AI risk assessment and measurement across BCG and clients.
- Collaborate with product teams to influence quality and risk measurement in AI/GenAI products.
- Research new and emerging threats to ensure measurement approaches stay cutting-edge.
- Work with technical teams to execute risk assessment and measurement on AI/GenAI products.
- Train and mentor technical practitioners on GenAI measurement and evaluation approaches.
- Stay updated on emerging frameworks and technical approaches by engaging in workshops and professional networks.
Requirements
- PhD in social sciences and at least 3 years of data science or quantitative research experience.
- Ability to critically assess ethical, social, and business risks posed by AI systems.
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments using advanced statistical methods.
- Enthusiasm for working with Generative AI technologies and modern data science tools.
- Broad conceptual understanding of ML and AI paradigms.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data science concepts to non-technical audiences.
