About this Role
Open Road Impact is seeking a mid-level Investment Officer to join their dynamic team. This role involves sourcing, underwriting, recommending, and managing loans, focusing on bridge and working capital loans. This position is integral to managing Open Road’s growing applicant pipeline and building a personal portfolio of bridge loans. Responsibilities
- Maintain a robust pipeline through proactive sourcing of potential borrowers.

- Underwrite 10-12 loans annually, conducting financial analysis and structuring transactions.
- Conduct research and compile briefings on prospective borrowers and partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree a plus.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in impact investing, finance, or consulting.
- Proven track record of closing investments and understanding investment instruments.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial statements.
- Project management experience and proficiency with technology tools, including AI and project management systems.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce.
