Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market and sector studies to identify trends and investment opportunities.
- Evaluate business models and competitive advantages for sustainable social impact.
- Identify market risks and strategic opportunities related to potential investments.
- Provide data-driven and detailed analysis-based recommendations.
- Design and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment viability.
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to measure risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate and lead comprehensive due diligence processes.
- Support transaction structuring and negotiation.
- Oversee financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.
- Identify and optimize impact metrics throughout investment lifecycle.
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships and represent the fund in industry events.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in relevant roles, including M&A, leveraged finance, Private Equity, or Strategic Consulting.
- Advanced financial modeling experience with skills in Excel.
- Experience managing relationships with strategic partners and investors.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
- Alignment with the fund’s values and objectives.
- Knowledge or certifications in ESG, social impact, or sustainability are advantageous.
