About this Role

The High Value Investor Relationship Manager at Oikocredit is responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-value investors. This role requires a commitment to Oikocredit’s mission and the ability to provide exceptional service through customized communication strategies. By collaborating with internal teams and leveraging market research, the role aims to drive investment growth and ensure investor satisfaction. The Manager will also focus on continuous improvement of investor experience by staying informed about market trends and enhancing engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-value investor leads through market research, referrals, events, and partnerships.
  • Engage prospective investors with compelling and mission-aligned investment storytelling to convert prospects into active investors.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-value investors by building trust-based relationships through regular, personalized contact.
  • Develop individual engagement plans to encourage increased investment and loyal commitment.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for investors, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Communications to ensure segmented and personalized content delivery.
  • Coordinate events and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • Partner with Investor Support to navigate operational issues and ensure seamless service.
  • Track key metrics, use analytical tools, and report performance to management.
  • Propose and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the investor experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to manage a client portfolio with a track record of meeting investment targets.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and regulatory aspects related to investment offerings.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Passion for social impact and alignment with Oikocredit’s mission.
