ABOUT GAWA:
GAWA Capital, an impact investment fund manager, is committed to empowering low-income communities by strategically investing mainly in financial institutions, with a focus on microfinance. We manage EUR 220 million across four impact funds, with our investments primarily focused on debt (70%) and equity (30%), aimed at promoting socio-economic development while also providing a financial return.
We are launching a new fund focusing on the climate change resilience of vulnerable communities. The goal is to improve their resilience and adaptation capabilities to climate change, enabling access to tailored financial services and resources.
At GAWA Capital, we believe we can make a difference through our work, helping to build a more equitable world by providing opportunities to those who need them most.
