About this Role
The Director of Programs at Common Future is tasked with developing and managing programming aimed at promoting equitable economic practices. Responsibilities

- Foster shared learning, collaboration, and resource-sharing among network partners.
- Mentor and manage the Program Manager, developing team capacity for community-driven work.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support network engagement and program initiatives.
- Represent the organization in external forums, sharing insights on community-driven economic initiatives.
