Who We Are: CataCap.org is an innovative impact investing platform dedicated to unlocking philanthropic endowment capital for transformative investments. We focus on empowering groups of impact investors that donate to then fund visionary leaders, social enterprises, and funds that drive meaningful change across various themes such as Climate Solutions, Racial Equity, Gender Equality and Poverty Alleviation. What We’re Looking For: As part of our Business Development team, you will focus on growing CataCaps philanthropic donor-investor base, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing the platform’s presence in the impact investing ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with the co-founders to refine and implement fundraising strategies, engage with investors, and create new opportunities for collaboration with like-minded organizations.
- 3+ years of directly applicable experience, with a successful track record in building philanthropic donor/investor relationships, and managing complex partnerships/customer service; 5+ years of full-time work history
- High-end investor relations or customer service experience
- Familiarity with impact investing and private investing is a must; experience in philanthropy or related fields is a plus but not required
- Work closely with the co-founders, leveraging their deep knowledge and networks to lead fundraising efforts, operational processes, and overall management
- Drive organic growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying opportunities to expand the platform’s reach and impact
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal, presentation, and one-to-one)
- Ability to not only balance but effectively manage competing priorities and multiple projects/deals in a fast-paced team environment
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, with incredible follow-through
- Access to a major urban market is a plus (particularly the Bay Area, NYC, Boston, Chicago, Denver, or Seattle), and reasonable access to a major airport is required.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
