About the Role
Join a dynamic family office managing a 100% impact and ESG-focused portfolio. As the Investment Partnerships Intern, you will play a pivotal role across our departments, connecting our Investments and Operations teams but also the broader network of partners (Membership groups, Foundations, Family offices, GPs, and other impact investing leaders). During the internship, collaborate closely with and serve as a thought partner to our Director of Partnerships.
A successful candidate will thrive in a cross-functional setting and be a quick learner who brings strategic and creative thinking, attention to detail, resourcefulness, the ability to implement and create deliverables, and excellent relationship-building skills. The individual should be passionate about being immersed in the impact investing ecosystem, gaining exposure to funders, investors, and partners in climate action and financial inclusion themes, and have enthusiasm for the value of strong partnerships.

3 – Brand and Community Enhancement
- Facilitate 1 in-person community event: Organize and participate in a BHI-hosted Jeffersonian dinner on investment themes such as policy-enhanced impact investing or mental health investment landscape to explore emerging opportunities.
- Elevate Content Strategy: Gain experience with the newsletter content development process and assist the Partnerships Director in streamlining processes and planning forward-looking themes and topics for future newsletters. You can check out the Blue Haven Brief, editions one and two for context.
