About this Role
The Analyst at Closed Loop Ventures Group will play a crucial role in facilitating the deal process within the ventures team. This position involves supporting various stages of investment, from the origination of potential deals to due diligence and ongoing post-investment portfolio management. The Analyst will engage in strategic projects that align with the company’s mission to build a circular economy. The role requires a detail-oriented approach to managing substantial volumes of information and collaborating with team members to streamline processes. Responsibilities
- Manage hundreds of emails weekly containing pitch documentation from companies looking for funding.
- Analyze pitch decks, summarize information efficiently, and develop tools to process data.
- Manage an internal database of new and prospective investment opportunities.
- Analyze investment opportunities, including market landscape mapping, industry research, financial modeling, and impact analysis.
- Maintain datasets of portfolio company performance and impact measurement.
- Support general fund management processes.
