About this Role
The newly established role of Administration and Operations Fellow is a part of the Hive Fund’s efforts to advance its programmatic goals over the next two years. This role is tailored for early- to mid-career candidates interested in diving deep into philanthropy while engaging with climate and gender justice movements. As part of a dynamic team, the Fellow will contribute to operations, programmatic assistance, administrative tasks, and funder engagement. The Fellow will assist in liaising with fiscal sponsors, managing contracts and payments, and maintaining up-to-date processes for staff and partners. Programmatic duties include event planning and logistics for grantee meetings, managing documents in the grants system, and coordinating workflow submissions. The role also supports executive assistance for internal retreats and board meetings, aiming to nurture a vibrant and collaborative work environment. Moreover, the Fellow will partake in funder engagement by managing grant proposals, conducting research on prospective funders, and supporting strategic partnerships. This role offers a unique vantage point for understanding systemic issues related to climate, gender, and racial justice.
Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Manager with vendor contracts and payment tracking

Requirements
- Minimum of four years of professional experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
