About the fund

New Majority Capital Fund is a $15 million private equity vehicle focused on facilitating business acquisitions for underrepresented entrepreneurs. Currently in fundraising status, the fund has adjusted its initial target from $50 million to $15 million and accepts investments from foundations as limited partners.
