Innovative capital structures, including catalytic loans from anchor investors such as MacArthur Foundation, enable the nonprofit to scale efficiently while maintaining a 95% repayment rate. One Acre Fund’s approach yields a 30–40% increase in supported farm profits annually, empowering families to break cycles of hunger, build assets, and invest in health and education.
