Rubio Impact Ventures' Fund III is an early-stage venture capital vehicle currently in its first close phase, having raised €70 million toward its investment strategy. The fund targets approximately 30 investments in Dutch impact companies and social enterprises across multiple thematic areas. Building on its previous funds, Fund III has expanded its focus to include energy equity and green skills alongside established priorities in circularity, education, economic inclusion, and food systems. Domiciled in the Netherlands, the fund concentrates on European opportunities while attracting capital from family offices and institutional investors. As Rubio's third fund, it continues the firm's commitment to supporting ventures that deliver both financial returns and measurable impact outcomes in its target sectors.
