About the fund

KYIP Impact Mission Fund is an Article 9 SFDR private equity fund focused on backing high-growth enterprises that advance health, nutrition, preventive care, and the promotion of healthy, sustainable lifestyles across Italy and select European markets. Launched in 2024, the fund’s strategy is to invest €3–7 million in minority or majority stakes in companies with proven revenues and scalable impact models. Its portfolio targets enterprises committed to measurable improvement in accessibility, affordability, and sustainability of healthcare, wellbeing, and food products and services—aligned to selected UN Sustainable Development Goals. The fund’s cornerstone investors include Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, a leading Italian family office, and seasoned entrepreneurs from the health sector. Structured with robust ESG integration and outcome tracking, KYIP Impact Mission is designed to generate both strong financial returns and intentional, evidence-based social impact.
