About the fund

ALLIF2 targets brownfield assets in sectors such as renewable energy, electricity transmission and distribution, district cooling, toll roads, and digital infrastructure across Asia, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The fund emphasizes operational improvements over heavy capital expenditure, aiming to deliver predictable, long-term cash flows with moderate leverage. By May 2025, ALLIF2 had closed at $1.7 billion, surpassing its initial target, and had already deployed close to 50% of its capital, including acquisitions in India’s solar sector and Brazil’s electricity transmission market. The fund’s investor base includes pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and funds of funds from Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
