The CC&L Infrastructure Strategy is CC&L Infrastructure's flagship investment vehicle, offering institutional and high-net-worth investors direct access to a well-established, diversified portfolio of high-quality, middle-market infrastructure assets primarily located in North America. The strategy spans a broad range of infrastructure sectors including energy and energy transition, transportation, water, environmental, digital, and social infrastructure, targeting assets with long asset lives, high barriers to entry, and regulated or contracted revenue streams that generate stable and predictable cash flows. With more than a decade of demonstrated track record, the strategy generally intends to hold investments for the full duration of the asset or contract life, with flexibility to evaluate opportunistic exits. The portfolio is diversified by asset type, location, project stage, and counterparty, and benefits from CC&L Infrastructure's active, hands-on asset management approach and significant principal investment alongside client capital.
