The majority of the fund's corpus is dedicated to businesses where women are key value drivers — as founders, co-founders, or primary economic beneficiaries — spanning sectors including life sciences, climate tech, sustainability, edtech, deep tech, and financial inclusion, while the remaining capital is deployed with a gender-agnostic lens across high-potential, innovation-first ventures. The fund applies Colossa's proprietary 3C framework — Capital, Capability, and Confidence — ensuring portfolio companies receive not only growth capital but the strategic mentorship, operational support, and leadership development needed to scale into category-defining businesses.
