About the fund
KKR's Global Impact Fund II is a private equity fund that makes investments in companies providing commercial solutions to social and environmental challenges, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). KKR launched its Global Impact Fund II in 2021 and its final close was in November 2023.
KKR's Global Impact Fund II is part of its Global Impact strategy, launched in 2018, which is KKR's dedicated impact private equity strategy to support scalable, commercial solutions to solve critical global challenges across four key investment themes: climate action, sustainable living, lifelong learning, and inclusive growth.
