About the fund

AgeTech Capital Fund I is the debut vehicle of Montreal-based AgeTech Capital, targeting up to $100M to invest in Series A and Series B stage companies across the longevity economy. The fund focuses on four verticals — financial wellbeing, independent and connected living, empowered health and vitality, and caregiving — with a geographic mandate spanning Canada, the United States, and select international markets. A distinguishing feature of the fund's strategy is its proprietary seed-stage sourcing platform, run in partnership with AARP's AgeTech Collaborative, which gives the team early exposure to founders before deploying capital at growth stages. Known portfolio companies include Trust & Will, Aloe Care Health, Bloom Finance, and Prisidio. The fund is managed by founding partners Lyne Landry, Alan MacIntosh, and Bruce Simpson, and is committed to transparent impact measurement alongside financial returns.
