About the fund

The Addenda Impact Fixed Income Pooled Fund is a Canadian fixed income impact strategy managed by Montreal-based Addenda Capital. Launched in early 2018 as one of the first domestically-focused fixed income impact funds in Canada, it seeks income and long-term capital growth through primarily Canadian investment-grade debt, loans and commercial mortgages. The fund invests in securities tied to measurable environmental and social impacts, aiming to deliver positive outcomes alongside competitive, market-like returns, with holdings spanning themes such as climate change, community development, health and education. It's designed to let investors replace part or all of a traditional fixed income allocation with an impact-oriented alternative.
