About this Role

As a Senior Manager in the CEMEA Social Impact & Sustainability team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing social impact strategies, aligning with Visa’s 2030 business vision. You will lead the development and implementation of impact programs and foster valuable partnerships with key stakeholders across the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. Your role includes collaboration with Visa Foundation, advising on capital allocation, managing end-to-end program delivery, and ensuring strategic alignment with market priorities. This position requires a strategic thinker who can articulate Visa’s purpose, drive meaningful outcomes, and integrate social impact into various corporate engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and advance CEMEA social impact & sustainability strategy and roadmap to deliver on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Align initiatives with Visa’s global priorities, focusing on empowering small businesses and promoting financial education.
  • Lead regional strategy for impact programs and partnership deployment.
  • Advise on Visa Foundation capital allocation in CEMEA region.
  • Manage end-to-end impact program delivery and oversee partnerships.
  • Drive local Visa market team awareness of and connection to Visa Foundation partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, Communications, and Government Affairs teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Oversee tracking and reporting of social and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 8 or more years’ experience in similar sectors.
  • Experience working in the technology and/or financial services sectors preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of creating public-private partnerships.
  • Experience developing comprehensive public affairs campaigns.
  • Successful background in building long-term partnerships with public and civil sectors.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with flexible and adaptable approaches.
  • Knowledge of French will be preferable.
