About this Role

The selected candidate will join the Investor Partnerships team at Galvanize Climate Solutions, a dynamic group responsible for fundraising and managing investor relations across diverse asset classes. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Investor Partnerships, this role focuses primarily on supporting the Galvanize Credit and Capital Solutions team, with direct involvement in activities led by the Head of Credit Investor Partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and complete information requests from investors, identifying potential critical issues.
  • Track investor progress and manage the Capital Raise Tracker in coordination with the Investor Partnerships team.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to develop, refine, and align investment materials with investor expectations.
  • Maintain detailed investor records and engagement data using Salesforce.
  • Create comprehensive meeting preparation materials tailored to specific investor interests.
  • Spearhead special projects such as strategic relationship development, events, and webinars.
  • Manage follow-up workflows on behalf of senior team members and ensure completion of action items from investor meetings.
  • Participate in LP calls, assist in meeting preparation, and gain exposure to investor priorities and market feedback.
  • Coordinate investor events and meetings, including roadshows and conference engagements.
  • Develop expertise to independently lead LP meetings and represent Galvanize’s investment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of full-time work experience, preferably in investment banking and private credit.
  • Proven experience in private credit investing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
  • Demonstrates integrity and a strong sense of judgment.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and a self-starter with a track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines while handling multiple high-stakes projects.
