About this Role
As the Senior Client and Commercial Lead for Carbon Removal, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex, end-to-end sales processes at Klimate. The role involves building and maintaining a qualified pipeline and serving as an independent advisor to senior stakeholders as Klimate expands across the Nordics, UK, and beyond. A major part of the role includes developing new opportunities, managing client relationships, and serving clients’ needs through their journey with Klimate. In the initial months, you will focus on becoming fluent in Klimate’s solutions and value propositions and start engaging with clients to introduce these solutions. You will also work on owning core sales process hygiene including pipeline management and forecasting while developing relationships with key teams involved in supporting go-to-market efforts. As you get established in the role, you will take full ownership of key strategic accounts, help shape and implement the go-to-market strategy, and act as a sparring partner for your peers on deal management and outreach strategy.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Experience with sustainability, climate, or energy transition sectors
- Strong understanding of corporate sustainability challenges
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Experience in managing strategic accounts and building long-term client relationships
