About this Role
As an Associate II in Infrastructure – Finance Project at Patria, you will be integral to the thorough execution of finance investments from inception to closure. This role requires an in-depth understanding of both local and global markets to analyze and identify viable investment opportunities. You will be expected to develop robust financial models, weighing the construction and operational phases to predict project viability and returns accurately. Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of infrastructure and project finance investments from origination to closing and portfolio monitoring.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across sectors such as energy, transportation, sanitation, and public-private partnerships.
- Develop and review financial models, including construction and operational phases, to assess project viability and returns.
- Structure transactions and define pricing, considering funding costs and market conditions.
- Conduct credit analysis, assessing key risks related to construction, operations, regulatory environment, and cash flow generation.
- Prepare clear and well-structured investment materials to support decision-making with senior leadership.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure, or credit roles.
