About this Role

This position presents a remarkable opportunity for early-career individuals eager to delve into impact investing and strategic consulting. As an Analyst at Tideline, you will be central to our consulting services, engaging in comprehensive research and analysis, producing client-facing materials, and supporting project management activities. This role enables you to develop analytical skills, deepen your understanding of impact investments, and support Tideline’s mission and vision through thoughtful and integrative approaches to each client’s needs. As a crucial member of our small, remote-first team, you will engage directly with various stakeholders, developing fundamental skills in finance, consulting, and impact measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research and analysis related to client projects, including literature reviews and participation in expert interviews.
  • Develop client-facing materials such as PowerPoint presentations and written reports.
  • Lead scheduling and support project and client management.
  • Support quantitative analysis and modeling efforts.
  • Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming, and project planning.
  • Perform research to inform business development and operational efforts.
  • Support the drafting of proposals and other business development materials.
  • Work with team members to address internal operational priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
