About this Role

Roots of Impact is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate in Impact-Linked Finance to become part of their Advisory & Advocacy team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth feasibility analyses and develop strategic roadmaps for clients related to Impact-Linked Finance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, facilitate strategy workshops, and deliver actionable and high-quality recommendations.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new projects and partnerships.
  • Oversee multiple advisory projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to inform advisory work and client strategies.
  • Work collaboratively to integrate insights into advisory work and contribute to organizational goals.
  • Prepare and participate in client and stakeholder presentations to communicate insights effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or similar advisory roles.
  • Postgraduate degree related to Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Development, or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop innovative solutions and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management and handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with others and a passion for impact-driven work.
