About this Role
Catalytic Finance Solutions is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee corporate operations. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the team and service partners to ensure efficient operations. The role requires independent management of all office-related activities alongside HR, internal regulations, compliance, and corporate-level risk management. Responsibilities
- Independently manage office management tasks, including administrative matters related to Swiss regulatory requirements.
- Procure and manage service providers such as IT, telecommunications, office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
- Conduct HR-related matters and support the CEO in managing internal regulations and compliance.
- Support the CEO in corporate-level risk management, including financial matters.
- Conduct ad-hoc activities as needs arise related to corporate operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally for entities with an international mandate.
- Understanding of Swiss regulatory and administrative requirements.
