About this Role
As an Investment Analyst at Norrsken VC, you will be part of Europe’s largest impact-focused ecosystem, providing an opportunity to drive real change through investments. The role involves close collaboration within a diverse and flat-structured team, aiming to find and support the next wave of impactful start-ups across Europe. Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing through execution and working with the portfolio.
- Evaluate and screen investment opportunities for both commercial prospects and impact.
- Build networks across Europe, representing Norrsken and our values in the market.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience (e.g., Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital) or in a similarly analytical and strategically focused role.
- Study or work experience from a technical background is a plus.
- A strong VC or startup network in DACH, UK or France is a plus.
- A commitment to making the world a better place through entrepreneurship and strong business models.
- A deeply analytical thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
