About this Role
Winrock International is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to drive business development and strengthen partnerships within the Net Zero Climate Services Unit. This pivotal role involves expanding our network of relationships and deepening connections with stakeholders to position Winrock as a leader in climate solutions. The successful candidate will lead efforts to amplify the Net Zero unit’s technical expertise, oversee marketing activities, and manage knowledge product creation. Duties also include spearheading proposal development and managing internal processes to support climate services expansion. This position blends technical expertise in climate solutions with strong business development skills. It involves collaborating with corporate clients on climate strategies and supporting bold plans despite opposing regulatory signals.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand relationships with key targets in the climate solutions sector.
- Represent the Net Zero Unit at events to promote Winrock’s capabilities and gain new business.
- Deepen and expand relationships with existing partners for long-term engagement.
- Lead new business development efforts alongside other staff.
- Provide strategic input for client portfolio development and multi-year growth plans.
- Identify opportunities aligned with Winrock’s mission and priorities.
- Manage proposal development process including strategy, writing, and submission.

Requirements
